The name Reverie—meaning “to be lost in a daydream”—captures exactly how we believe your wedding day should feel: effortless, joyful, and completely transportive. Inspired by a magical trip through California Wine Country, where time seemed to slow and hospitality was second nature, Reverie was created to bring that same ease and wonder to every celebration we plan.

I’m Madison, the heart behind Reverie Wedding and Event Planning, and with over a decade of experience in the wedding and event industry, I’ve had the privilege of helping couples bring their dream days to life—without the stress.
From our first conversation to your final send-off, my goal is for you to feel supported, seen, and completely at ease.

After earning my degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Memphis (Go Tigers!), I stepped into the world of weddings and never looked back. Today, I’m proud to be a Master Certified Wedding Planner through The CWP Society, the nation’s leading certification for wedding professionals. With a blend of logistical expertise, creative vision, and heartfelt care, we design events that reflect your story in the most meaningful way.
When I’m not mapping out timelines or savoring a slice of wedding cake, you’ll usually find me spending time with my family, discovering local gems, or getting inspired by the little details that make life beautiful—like candlelight at dinner or handwritten vows.

Yes! We love planning destination weddings and are happy to travel. Additional travel fees may apply, but we’ll handle all the logistics to ensure your day is flawless—no matter the location.

We begin with an in-depth consultation to understand your story, style, and must-haves. Every detail—from the color palette to the timeline—is customized to feel like you.

Yes! We specialize in both planning and event design. We help bring your vision to life with customized mood boards, design concepts, and on-site styling.

Our packages are customized based on the scope and scale of your event. We’ll walk you through pricing during your consultation and tailor a proposal to meet your needs.

To give each couple our full attention, we limit the number of weddings we take on per month. This ensures a high-touch, personal planning experience.

Yay! We are so excited to work with you! To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit at the time of contract signing. The remaining 50% will be due 30 days before your event. All contracts and invoicing are handled conveniently online, and we will send you detailed instructions on how to access everything.
