Moody Coffee Shop Styled Shoot
Memphis, TN
When a local coffee shop reached out to me about promoting their space, I instantly knew I wanted to lean into the cozy, moody vibe their venue already had. For this styled shoot, I designed everything around the idea of intimate charm—warm textures, rich tones, and thoughtful details that felt right at home in a coffeehouse setting.
The Grooms wore colored and textured suits that complemented one another beautifully. The mix of bold tones against the exposed brick walls gave the design so much depth and character, setting the stage for a wedding look that was both modern and inviting.
One of the standout design elements was the florals: instead of a traditional boutonniere, we created a full floral lapel. It was an absolute showstopper and the perfect example of how small details can transform an entire look.
To tie everything back to the coffee shop, we swapped out traditional wedding details for more personalized touches. Guests were welcomed with rows of espresso martinis—an instant hit—and instead of cake, we served mini pecan pies. These unique twists made the design feel approachable yet elevated, proving that weddings can (and should!) reflect the personality of the couple.
Overall, this styled shoot was a celebration of cozy elegance and modern creativity. It showcased not only the charm of the coffee shop itself but also the beauty of designing weddings that break tradition in the best way.
